Job Summary

Owning IT systems engineering for corporate infrastructure, the full-time Senior IT Systems Engineer will design, implement, and operate secure systems that support operations while working remotely with moderate autonomy and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve IT infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and operational efficiency
• Ensure system reliability and configuration quality through documentation, peer review, and proactive issue identification
• Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to plan and deliver infrastructure projects, effectively communicating technical constraints and risks

Required qualifications

• Experience in deployment, maintenance, integration, and troubleshooting of corporate systems, including network architecture
• Knowledge of IT security policies and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence through documented processes
• Proficiency in virtualization, cloud computing, and containerization technologies, managing both Linux and Windows server infrastructure
• Ability to collaborate with management to implement sustainable IT solutions that meet business needs
• Skill in translating complex systems requirements into AI prompts for workflow acceleration while safeguarding sensitive information
