Senior IT Systems Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise technology solutions, the full-time Senior IT Systems Engineer will manage installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network and cloud infrastructure while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, and troubleshooting of assigned technology
- Manage system/application environments and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards
- Collaborate with IT and business partners on cross-functional initiatives and drive automation efforts
Required qualifications
- 5 years of experience in design, implementation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of infrastructure software products
- 7 years administering Citrix NetScaler Client, with a focus on Layer 4/Layer 7 routing and hardware refresh/migrations
- 3 years of experience in cloud migrations/transformations, preferably with AWS
- Strong scripting/programming experience in PowerShell, Java, Python, or similar
- Bachelor's degree with an IT focus or equivalent relevant work experience
