Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to lead the creation of high-impact documentation for complex enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive documentation packages including system overviews, user manuals, and training materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and identify documentation needs
• Oversee the editorial lifecycle and documentation standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in IT technical writing
• Proven track record producing technical content for enterprise IT programs or federal IT projects
• Mastery of documentation tools such as Adobe, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Visio
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain an active DoD Secret clearance
