Senior IT Vendor Contract Analyst

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end IT contract requests, the full-time Senior IT Vendor Contract Analyst will oversee vendor management, contract lifecycles, and cross-functional collaboration while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the execution of IT contract requests including new vendors, renewals, and compliance tracking
• Proactively manage contract lifecycles to ensure timely renewals and prevent missed terminations
• Drive collaboration with Legal, Security, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve contract operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in IT contract/vendor management or project management within healthcare or technology
• Expertise in contract governance and managing high-volume contract workflows with executive stakeholders
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like ServiceNow
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity
