Job Summary

Senior IT Vendor Management Analyst is a full-time remote position responsible for developing and managing the IT Vendor Management program, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the contracts and procurement process for technology products, including reviewing and processing agreements
• Maintain vendor agreements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and software license requirements
• Analyze IT vendor management processes and recommend improvements based on industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in vendor management, contracts, and procurement
• Experience negotiating and managing large-scale IT contracts and agreements
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting concerns related to IT agreements
• Demonstrated experience in reviewing and negotiating complex technology contracts
• Strong working knowledge of vendor management practices
