Job Summary

Leading enterprise-scale asset-management implementations, the full-time Senior ITAM Business Process Consultant will serve as a strategic advisor, guiding digital transformation efforts and mentoring cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale business process discovery, analysis, and design engagements across multiple client portfolios
• Define and drive strategic customer outcomes aligned to platform capabilities and industry best practices
• Oversee the work of Business Process Architects and Business Analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM
• Mastery of business process architecture principles and service design for ServiceNow
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills across distributed, global teams
• Deep understanding of value realization and outcome mapping
• Experience aligning business and IT goals in complex enterprise environments
