Senior ITIL Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ITIL Analyst / Business Operations Analyst / Analyst, Senior specializing in Change Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Change Management process, coordinating requests and communications
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
• Analyze data trends to enhance operational performance and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications and Education

• BS/BA equivalency or equivalent combination of relevant experience and coursework in business or IT
• Two (2) years of experience for Analyst role; five (5) years for Senior Analyst role in business operations or IT service management
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and database design
• Experience with project management and process improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
