Senior ITOM Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Senior ITOM Engineer, the successful candidate will manage IBM/Rocket ITOM report management tooling, ensuring accurate report setup, configuration, and distribution in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the IBM/Rocket ITOM report management platform, including system configuration and user access provisioning
- Perform Product Admin report setup, defining parameters, scheduling, and output routing
- Troubleshoot report generation failures and collaborate with infrastructure operations teams to align reporting outputs with SLA and KPI requirements
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience with IBM/Rocket ITOM report management tools
- Demonstrated experience in Product Admin functions including report setup and configuration
- Proven experience with distribution data entry services and recipient management
- Experience working in large-scale, multi-client managed services environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) frameworks and processes
