Senior ITOM Technical Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the remote Senior ITOM Technical Consultant will leverage strong ITOM experience in Discovery and CMDB integrations to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions while providing technical leadership and oversight of project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current processes and tools, defining solution requirements including integrations and implementation plans
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements
• Support end-to-end project delivery, including sprint planning, testing, deployment, and system optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Data Foundation
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on Event management and integrations
• Deep expertise in cloud deployment and standardization with large enterprises
• 8+ years of professional services/consulting experience
