Senior ITSM Consultant

Job Summary

As a trusted advisor, the full-time Senior ITSM Consultant will lead discovery and solution design, guiding customers through ITSM transformation using Atlassian tools while working remotely in the United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer objectives and recommend improvements in service management processes
• Translate business needs into high-level solution designs and implementation-ready recommendations using Jira Service Management
• Own the solution intent throughout the project lifecycle, supporting delivery teams and ensuring alignment with customer priorities

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in ITSM consulting, solution consulting, or service management transformation
• Strong knowledge of Jira Service Management and the Atlassian ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience leading customer discovery and solution design workshops
• Strong understanding of ITSM practices, including incident, request, and change management
• Experience producing high-quality customer-facing solution documentation and process maps
