Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior ITSM Engineer, II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve IT Service Management processes, including incident, problem, change, and event management
- Facilitate Major Incident conference calls and lead the end-to-end incident management process
- Develop trend analysis and service improvement plans while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred, or 11 years of IT experience with 7 years in Change, Incident, and Problem management
- 3 years of technical experience in systems engineering, SRE, DevOps, or software engineering
- 4 years of direct experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with monitoring and performance tools such as DataDog, Dynatrace, or Splunk
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification and experience with project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum) are preferred
