Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior ITSM Engineer responsible for the administration and development of ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ServiceNow upgrades and manage core modules such as Incident Management and Problem Management
- Design, develop, and implement business solutions in ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and providing end-user training
- Maintain integrations with other systems and oversee the Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent work experience
- 7-10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in ITIL processes
- Experience in managing advanced technical issues to resolution
- 2 years of development scripting experience, with required JavaScript experience
- Vendor Certifications for ITSM Platform - ServiceNOW Certified System Administrator
