Senior ITSM Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the administration and optimization of IT Service Management platforms, the full-time remote Senior ITSM Engineer will provide architectural guidance, design workflows, and ensure compliance with ITIL standards while collaborating with IT leadership and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for Cherwell/Ivanti Neurons, providing architectural guidance and long-term strategy
• Design and implement scalable ITSM solutions and workflows aligned with organizational standards and ITIL principles
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support and training to end-users

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise ITSM platforms, including 3 years as a Cherwell Engineer
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and ITIL framework
• Proficiency in Cherwell Service Management configuration and customization
• Familiarity with integrations using REST APIs and third-party tools
• Cherwell Certified Professional (CCP) certification preferred
