Senior ITSM Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a highly detail-oriented individual contributor, the full-time Senior ITSM Operations Analyst will design, lead, and coordinate IT service management processes, focusing on Incident Management, Major Incident Response, Problem Management, and Change Enablement, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IT incident response activities and serve as Incident Commander during service disruptions
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to restore services and minimize operational impact
• Document incident timelines and facilitate structured root cause analysis and post-incident reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• ITIL Foundation Certification within 6 months of hire
• Epic certification(s) in one or more application modules
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT or healthcare IT environments
• Significant exposure to Epic EHR/Environments
