Senior IVR Architect

Job Summary

To design and deliver customer experience solutions, the full-time Senior IVR Architect will work remotely, identifying business and technical requirements, architecting solutions, and leading a team of developers while ensuring quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers to identify business and technical requirements
• Architect solutions that meet business and technical needs
• Lead a team of 2-5 developers and manage hands-on application development

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of IVR development experience
• 5+ years of J2EE or .NET development experience
• 3+ years working with speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, MRCP, CCXML)
• 5+ years of experience with Eclipse or similar IDE
• 2+ years of MVC-based framework experience
