Senior IVR Developer

Job Summary

To design and deliver exceptional customer experience solutions, the full-time Senior IVR Developer will develop stateful IVR applications and components for the cloud while collaborating with team members and project managers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work with team members to understand business and technical requirements
• Develop applications that meet specified business and technical needs
• Write and execute SQL to implement configuration changes to applications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Java EE development experience
• 3+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Spring Core
• 3+ years of IVR development experience
• 2+ years of experience with MVC-based frameworks
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and Design Patterns
