Senior IV&V Specialist

Job Summary

To support upcoming projects in late 2026 or 2027, the full-time Senior IV&V Specialist will gather and apply industry best practices for independent verification and validation, focusing on various project management areas while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in reviews and assessments across the PMO, focusing on areas such as communications, configuration, integration, and testing management
• Develop and document test requirements, procedures, plans, and reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Interpret and follow program policies and processes while providing input to the scheduling of test-related activities

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) with state or federal clients
• At least 4 years of experience as a primary Project Manager managing complex IT projects
• Familiarity with IV&V requirements and industry standards such as IEEE, CMMI, and PMBOK
• Strong technical writing skills with required samples to be submitted
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues at all levels
