Senior IV&V Specialist
Job Summary
To support upcoming projects in late 2026 or early 2027, the full-time remote Senior IV&V Specialist will conduct reviews and assessments focused on software development processes, configuration management, and validation while developing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with defined policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct reviews and assessments of software development processes and configuration integrity
- Develop and maintain technical documentation detailing IV&V findings and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues regarding project requirements and findings
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' experience performing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) with state or federal clients
- Minimum 4 years' experience with IEEE 1012 IL4 assessments
- Knowledge of IV&V requirements and familiarity with IEEE 1012, CMMI, and PMBOK standards
- Proven technical writing skills with samples required
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues at all levels
