Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Java Backend / DevOps Engineer - AI-First (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and own scalable Java microservices using AWS, K8s, Terraform, and ArgoCD
• Lead AI agents by providing architectural context and validating code for production-grade performance
• Automate CI/CD processes and modernize legacy code using AI tools to enhance development efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Java backend development with expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native architecture
• Strong architectural mindset for designing clean and scalable systems
• Analytical skills to decompose complex problems and direct teams and AI agents effectively
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, and Copilot
• Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment
