Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Java.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project Tech Lead and Front-End Developers to build high-quality Java applications
• Interact with product managers and stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide recommended approaches
• Follow coding and unit testing best practices while working in a supportive team environment

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recent experience with modern Java (Java 8+)
• Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM
• Experience with microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud computing services (GCP, AWS)
• Experience with REST API development and writing/running unit tests
• Knowledge of systems architecture and design patterns
