Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement high throughput, low latency microservices using Spring Boot and apply design patterns
• Build event-driven workflows with Kafka and model/optimize MongoDB for performance
• Ensure observability and security of services in production while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend engineering experience with Java and 5+ years in Spring Boot microservices
• Deep knowledge of microservice architecture, API design, and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and MongoDB, including data modeling and performance optimization
• Proficiency in JDK 17 features and modern Java constructs
• Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud deployment on OCP/OpenShift and/or GCP
