Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement high throughput, low latency microservices using Spring Boot and event-driven workflows with Kafka
Model and optimize MongoDB and integrate with relational databases as necessary
Ensure observability and security of services in production, while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

10+ years of backend engineering experience with Java, including 5+ years in Spring Boot microservices
Deep knowledge of microservice architecture, API design, and distributed systems
Hands-on experience with Kafka and MongoDB
Proficiency in JDK 17 features and modern Java constructs
Experience with cloud deployment on OCP/OpenShift and/or GCP
