Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Lead - II_Java.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement new features as part of an agile team while adhering to coding standards
- Lead design discussions, conduct peer reviews, and manage release and bug triage processes
- Mentor team members and define standards for the use of autonomous coding agents
Required Qualifications
- Engineering Degree - BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc
- 10+ years of development experience in Java/J2EE technologies
- Hands-on experience with XML, Web Services, JMS, and SQL
- Experience with integration middleware and enterprise system bus technologies
- Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable
