Senior Java Developer

Job Summary

Senior Java Developer, who will work full-time in a fully remote capacity, is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade applications, building scalable backend services, and contributing to architectural decisions in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise Java applications and microservices
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and related frameworks
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, and production issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience within enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST API development, and microservices architecture
• Experience with SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Git, and unit testing frameworks
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and secure coding practices
