Senior Java Developer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic voice/contact center engineering team, the full-time Senior Java Developer will develop, support, and enhance cloud-based IVR applications while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications based on business and technical requirements
• Integrate IVR solutions with key internal services and monitor systems for operational improvements
• Troubleshoot issues within voice contact center and IVR environments, collaborating with project managers for timely delivery

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Java
• Strong Java programming skills in Java EE and Spring Boot / Spring Core
• Experience working with SQL for application configuration and data-driven logic
• Hands-on experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably AWS
• Familiarity with voice technologies and speech standards (VoiceXML, SRGS, MRCP, CCXML)
