Senior Java Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Java Developer to work remotely, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade healthcare applications, including backend services and dynamic user interfaces while ensuring compliance and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based web applications on Apache Tomcat
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services using Jakarta EE technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, scalability, and HIPAA compliance across all components

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Core Java and Jakarta EE with hands-on experience in Apache Tomcat
• Proficiency in frontend development using Kendo UI and jQuery
• Extensive experience with SQL and database management, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong experience in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like JetBrains IntelliJ
