Senior Java Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Java Developer to work remotely, who will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade healthcare applications, focusing on backend services, RESTful APIs, and dynamic user interfaces while ensuring performance, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based web applications running on Apache Tomcat
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services using Jakarta EE technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, scalability, and HIPAA compliance across all components

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Core Java and Jakarta EE with hands-on experience in Apache Tomcat
• Proficient in frontend development using Kendo UI and jQuery
• Extensive experience with T-SQL and relational databases, including writing and optimizing stored procedures
• Strong experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs with familiarity in OpenAPI/Swagger
• Skilled in using JetBrains IntelliJ IDE and AI-assisted development tools
