Job Summary
To modernize and expand core healthcare applications, the full-time Senior Java Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based web applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based web applications running on Apache Tomcat
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services using Jakarta EE technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security, scalability, and HIPAA compliance across all components
Required qualifications
- Strong expertise in Core Java and enterprise application development with hands-on experience using Apache Tomcat
- Proficiency in Kendo UI and jQuery for dynamic UI component development
- Extensive experience with SQL and database management, including writing and optimizing stored procedures
- Strong experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs using JAX-RS/Jersey
- Familiarity with JetBrains IntelliJ development IDE and AI-assisted development tools
