Job Summary
Leading a team in the development of healthcare applications, the full-time Senior Java Developer, Technical Lead will manage sprint execution, mentor developers, and ensure code quality while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sprint-level application development execution and manage developer workload in coordination with the Solution Architect and Program Manager
- Oversee the development of various systems including invoice and reconciliation systems, while enforcing code quality standards and automated test coverage
- Mentor Java/AWS developers, conduct code reviews, and support AI-assisted development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; 8+ years in software development, including 3+ years in a technical lead role
- Strong expertise in Java and proficiency in Python
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines including GitHub, Jenkins, and SonarQube
- Familiarity with AWS application services such as EC2, Lambda, and S3
- Experience in a SAFe Agile environment, including sprint planning and backlog refinement
