Job Summary
Leading the development team for the CMS Drug Data Processing System (DDPS) and Payment Reconciliation System (PRS), the full-time Senior Java Developer, Technical Lead will manage sprint execution, mentor developers, and ensure code quality in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sprint-level application development execution, managing developer workload and backlog refinement
- Own the development of various systems, including invoice and reconciliation systems, while overseeing legacy system maintenance
- Enforce code quality standards, ensuring 80% automated test coverage and conducting mandatory code reviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead role
- Strong expertise in Java and proficiency in Python
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, and SonarQube
- Familiarity with AWS application services, including EC2, Lambda, and S3
- Experience in a SAFe Agile environment, including sprint planning and PI Planning
