Senior Java Engineer
Job Summary
Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time Senior Java Engineer will design, develop, and implement high-performance Java-based applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and distributed microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Analyze business and user requirements to define application architecture and technical solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and enterprise Java frameworks
- 6+ years of experience with Apache Kafka
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline
