Senior Java Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic engineering team, the full-time Senior Java Full Stack Engineer will lead SCRUM Agile development, design technical solutions, and oversee the maintenance of critical applications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SCRUM Agile development teams and ensure successful project deployments
• Partner with architects to design and develop solutions that meet user needs for functionality and performance
• Oversee maintenance of existing applications and troubleshoot code defects and configuration problems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in software application development, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Strong knowledge and experience with Java 11+ and back-end microservices development
• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, as well as REST and APIs
• Familiarity with unit testing and mocking frameworks, and version control using Git
• Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies
