Senior Java IVR Developer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic voice/contact center engineering team, the full-time Senior Java IVR Application Developer will design, develop, and maintain cloud-based IVR applications while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to enhance voice contact center systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IVR applications based on business and technical requirements
• Integrate IVR solutions with key internal services and monitor systems for operational improvements
• Troubleshoot issues within the voice contact center and collaborate with project managers for timely solution delivery

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in Java EE and Spring Boot / Spring Core
• Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with cloud platform engineering, preferably AWS
• Experience working with SQL for application configuration and data-driven logic
