Senior Java/NodeJS Developer
Job Summary
To support the development of IT solutions, the full-time Senior Java/NodeJS Developer will be responsible for programming, coding, and maintaining applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and document detailed system specifications, participate in unit testing, and maintain both planned and unplanned applications
- Lead efforts and provide training while serving as a technical resource for other developers
- Evaluate and perform testing on purchased products, ensuring IT controls for data confidentiality and integrity
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of related work experience in technical design and coding within the IT industry
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in multiple object-oriented programming languages, including JAVA and JavaScript
- Experience with versioning tools such as GIT and familiarity with web service development (SOAP, REST)
- In-depth understanding of the systems development life cycle and experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
