Senior JavaScript Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to join their team full-time in Argentina.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js & Next.js) and design RESTful and GraphQL APIs
• Manage cloud services and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI/CD and container orchestration with Kubernetes and Terraform

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
• Experience with API design and implementation using GraphQL and REST
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in AWS services and serverless computing
• Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitLab CI/CD, and container management tools like Kubernetes and Terraform
