Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer to join their team full-time in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle from design to maintenance
• Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js & Next.js)
• Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs, serverless architectures, and manage database systems

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
• Experience with GraphQL and REST API design
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Excellent knowledge of AWS services and serverless computing
