Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Jira Engineer to support agile transformation in the Financial Services Industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex Jira dashboards using JQL and scripting tools for advanced reporting
- Collaborate with teams to automate workflows and optimize Jira usage across agile teams
- Support integration of Jira with other tools and translate business KPIs into visual reports
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of professional experience in Jira engineering roles
- Expertise in JQL and advanced dashboard configurations
- Hands-on experience with ScriptRunner or equivalent plugins
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe)
- Experience in enterprise-scale banking or financial projects is a strong plus
