Senior Jira Service Management Architect

Job Summary

To support enterprise operations, the full-time Senior Jira Service Management Architect will design and implement JSM project structures, configure Salesforce integration, and optimize workflows while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective service management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Jira Service Management project structures, workflows, and automation rules
• Configure the Appfire Salesforce Connector for seamless integration between Jira and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Build and optimize workflows for incident, request, and service management processes across multiple regions

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of Jira Service Management experience in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with configuring JSM workflows, SLAs, and automation
• Proven experience implementing Jira Service Management solutions
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integration, preferably using Appfire Connector
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes, including incident and service management
