Senior JIRA Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sys Analyst/Programmer-Senior (JIRA).

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and administer Data Center based JIRA product from Atlassian
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to configure projects and develop scalable solutions
• Create tailored configurations, workflows, automations, and reports to meet specific user requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 - 4 years of previous computer experience, including programming experience
• 3+ years of experience administering and customizing JIRA
• Proficient in ScriptRunner/Groovy/JQL and experience using JIRA REST APIs
• Advanced understanding of JIRA workflows, permission schemes, and notification schemes
