Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior JSM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on migrations across Jira JSM and Ivanti environments, ensuring seamless data transfer and platform stability
• Own the technical build of target Jira Service Management environments, including configurations, workflows, and permissions
• Manage full data lifecycle processes such as extraction, normalization, transformation, import, and verification

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in ITSM consulting, engineering, or platform management
• Deep hands-on expertise in Jira Service Management administration and migration projects
• Extensive knowledge of Jira platform behaviors, workflows, request types, SLAs, automations, and permissions
• Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Groovy for data manipulation
• Experience with migration tools like JCMA, Xporter, and other relevant platforms
