Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Key Account Manager - Biologics NAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts while understanding their business goals and needs
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet account performance objectives and ensure client requests are resolved efficiently
  • Lead strategic account planning and conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or operations
  • Experience in selling biologic services, either CDMO or CRO
  • BS/BA degree in a related discipline or management-related field from an accredited university
  • Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or sales from an accredited university
  • Experience using Salesforce for tracking and forecasting account activities
