Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Key Account Manager - Biologics NAM.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts while understanding their business goals and needs
- Coordinate internal resources to meet account performance objectives and ensure client requests are resolved efficiently
- Lead strategic account planning and conduct regular account reviews to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or operations
- Experience in selling biologic services, either CDMO or CRO
- BS/BA degree in a related discipline or management-related field from an accredited university
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or sales from an accredited university
- Experience using Salesforce for tracking and forecasting account activities
