Job Summary

To support a growing marketing initiative, the contract Senior Klaviyo Consultant will audit and rebuild the Klaviyo account architecture, focusing on list management, segmentation, and deliverability practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and restructure list/signup-form architecture and segmentation health
• Establish deliverability fundamentals, including domain authentication and suppression logic
• Document governance standards and train the internal team for ongoing management

Required qualifications

• Current expertise in Klaviyo platform architecture, flows, and integrations
• Proven experience auditing and rebuilding accounts at scale
• High proficiency in email deliverability and list hygiene management
• Experience in attribution/tracking setup and reporting dashboard creation
• Ability to establish governance documentation and provide team training
