Senior Knowledge Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Knowledge Engineer will manage content programs, develop technical documentation, and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance content workflows and team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and manage content programs from ideation to publication, including user acceptance testing and feedback tracking
• Author and maintain high-quality technical content, collaborating using docs-as-code workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Utilize agentic AI coding tools and automation to streamline content creation and improve team efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of experience in technical content development or program management for software or cloud products
• 2+ years of experience with docs-as-code tools, including Markdown and Git/GitHub
• Demonstrated experience using Visual Studio Code or similar code editors for authoring content
• Solid understanding of software development concepts, including version control and APIs
