Job Summary
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert, the full-time Senior Knowledge Management Analyst will develop and manage knowledge content for contact center agents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in knowledge management processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a knowledge base in SharePoint, ensuring content accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess knowledge base needs and implement best practices for documentation
- Create training materials and workflows to enhance the knowledge management process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in knowledge/content management and immigration law
- Experience in analytics, business writing, and plain language
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred
- U.S. Citizenship required due to contract stipulations
- Experience working within a contact center is preferred
