Senior Knowledge Management Lead
Job Summary
Supporting the design and deployment of enterprise portal and knowledge management capabilities, the full-time Senior Knowledge Management Lead will manage workflow automation, configuration, and integration tasks while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and improvement of knowledge management workflows, content governance, and enterprise search capabilities
- Translate operational requirements into technical designs, user stories, and implementation plans
- Coordinate portal integrations and support the development of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint-based solutions
Required qualifications:
- Fourteen years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus ten years, or a Master's degree plus eight years, or a PhD plus four years of relevant experience
- Experience with enterprise portals, knowledge management platforms, and workflow automation systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and comparable portal technologies
- Experience in translating operational requirements into technical designs and workflows
- Active Secret clearance or ability to meet the contract's clearance requirements
