Senior Knowledge Management Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting producer readiness, the remote Senior Knowledge Management Specialist will manage and enhance the Producer Knowledge Base (PKB) by ensuring content accuracy, usability, and alignment with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements while collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality knowledge resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update knowledge base articles for accuracy and clarity, aligning with established standards
• Collaborate with Technology to implement AI-driven search enhancements and validate content display across platforms
• Track usage and performance metrics of the knowledge base to inform content updates and improve self-service pathways

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience in knowledge management or structured content development
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and knowledge base tools
• Ability to interpret usage data and implement content structure improvements
• Strong written communication skills for simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
