Job Summary
To support the Trust and Safety team, the full-time remote Senior Knowledge Management Specialist will manage the knowledge infrastructure by auditing existing documents, designing information architecture, and implementing frameworks to ensure that institutional knowledge is captured, current, and usable at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured assessments of the Trust and Safety knowledge landscape to identify gaps and prioritize remediation
- Design and implement the information architecture and frameworks that govern the organization and retrieval of knowledge content
- Develop methods for capturing undocumented knowledge from experienced team members and maintain the knowledge base as a living system
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, content strategy, or program management, preferably within Trust and Safety
- Demonstrated experience in auditing and restructuring complex knowledge environments
- Familiarity with policy documents and content moderation practices
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and manage competing priorities effectively
