Job Summary

Focused on transforming operational workflows, the full-time remote Senior Knowledge Manager will analyze and redesign complex business processes, automate manual tasks, and create detailed business logic specifications to support AI solution deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and analyze operational pain points to identify high-value automation opportunities
• Map complex human workflows into structured, machine-executable logic and AI-optimized blueprints
• Draft comprehensive business requirements and specifications for enterprise IT to implement prioritized AI solutions

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in analyzing and redesigning complex business processes
• Experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to evaluate workflow automation opportunities
• Proficiency in authoring detailed business requirements and process documentation
• Familiarity with process mapping and visualization tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, and Miro
• Experience conducting operational analysis to identify inefficiencies and deliver workflow improvements
