Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Knowledge Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a portfolio of internal support knowledge documentation for monetized advertising products
- Conduct content audits and execute remediation plans to ensure knowledge accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance knowledge architecture and support AI-assisted internal experiences
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content and knowledge management or similar roles in a technology company
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or User Support knowledge management preferred
- Experience in auditing and optimizing internal documentation sets
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve knowledge and content systems
- Working knowledge of internal knowledge and search platforms such as Zendesk Guide or similar
