Senior Kotlin Multiplatform Engineer

Job Summary

To support a cutting-edge AI platform, the full-time Senior Kotlin Multiplatform Engineer will architect shared-code strategies, design and build shared KMP modules, and collaborate with cross-platform teams while working remotely or from select locations in the U.S. or Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build shared KMP modules for networking, data persistence, and business logic across Android, iOS, and web platforms
• Ship production-grade Compose Multiplatform UIs that feel native and performant on all targeted platforms
• Drive KMP best practices and collaborate with platform teams to align on shared APIs and versioning

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with expert-level Kotlin proficiency
• Real-world production experience with Kotlin Multiplatform, having shipped code for Android, iOS, and/or wasm
• Hands-on experience with Compose Multiplatform and Koin Multiplatform for dependency injection
• Solid understanding of Kotlin/Native memory model and interop with Obj-C/Swift APIs
• Fluency with multiplatform build tooling, including Gradle multiplatform plugin and CI pipelines
